Iosif and his team came highly recommended to us. After going through a tender
process with a number of other building companies, Iosif returned the most cost
effective and also detailed tender and we decided to work with them. We didn’t
retain our architect during the build due to cost restrictions, but Iosif and his team
gave us confidence and guided us throughout the entire process.
We have a young family of 4 children and actually lived above the renovation for 10
months. The team were always polite, courteous and sensitive to the fact that we
have a young family and lived on site. They worked incredibly hard and actually
were on target to be completed early except we decided to have some additional
work done.
We absolutely love our new home and can’t recommend Iosif and the team highly
enough. They are the consummate professionals and their care and attention to
detail are second to none.

We embarked on a major house project in May 2018 which was scheduled to take 24 weeks.
The works comprised a first-floor extension, a loft conversion, and a new roof.
We cannot recommend Creative Build Evolution more highly. Their professionalism standard
of work and care for the project was second to one. Their building team was excellent,
and we would have no hesitation in recommending Creative build Evolution.
The biggest challenge for us and probably for Creative Build Evolution was that
we were living in the house during the work. The team were courteous, clean and very helpful.
They were even open to working around our schedule if needs must. The works were completed
on time and on budget save only for agreed changes to the scope and an extra two weeks
at the end to finish the extra job. The overall quality and finish of the work was excellent,
and they have always been available since the works finished to carry out the minimal
amount of snagging identified so far.
We would definitely use Creative Build Evolution again if we ever carry out any more home improvements.
